The cooking classes received a good response from women. Women are generally skilled in cooking, but they are eager to learn how to add some innovation to it. Their curiosity for innovation is fulfilled through these cooking classes.

Dev Darshan Yatra

As the pilgrimage to the temple begins, Pritam Dada Khandve is seen in the courtyard of the Tukaram Maharaj temple along with the female pilgrims.
Pritam Dada Khandve himself accompanies people on pilgrimage tours. The purpose behind this is to be able to interact with everyone participating in the pilgrimage. While participating in the Ashtavinayak pilgrimage, he performed a Mahabhishek (grand ritualistic bathing) of the Vigneshwar Ganpati at Ozar. Similarly, Pritam Dada also performed the aarti (ritualistic worship with lamps). Pritam Dada also donated to the temple's activities. Furthermore, Pritam Dada Khandve was also honored by the Vigneshwar Ganpati Temple Committee.

Every year, Pritamdada Khandve organizes a pilgrimage for devotees. He personally addresses the women embarking on the pilgrimage to Ashtavinayak, Tuljapur, Pandharpur, and Kolhapur, wishing them a safe and auspicious journey.

Bhakti Shakti Memorial Lohgaon

The villagers of Lohgaon, a land sanctified by the footsteps of Sant Tukaram Maharaj and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, wished to have a monument dedicated to devotion and strength erected there. It was decided to raise funds for the construction of this monument through public contributions from the village. Pritam Dada Khandve initiated this fundraising effort by donating ₹5,55,555.

Temples that preserve cultural heritage

Lohagaon is the maternal ancestral village of Jagadguru Sant Tukaram Maharaj. Furthermore, Sant Tukaram Maharaj performed the majority of his kirtans (devotional singing) in Lohagaon. As a tribute to this history, when the villagers decided to build a befitting temple for Sant Tukaram Maharaj, Prataprao Khandve and Pritamdada Khandve provided substantial funds. The temple trust, under the chairmanship of Prataprao Khandve, then completed the renovation work.

Through the initiative of Prataprao Khandve, a guesthouse owned by the villagers of Lohgaon was built in Pandharpur. Pritamdada Khandve personally contributed 1 crore rupees for this project. Furthermore, under the chairmanship of Prataprao Khandve, the Tukaram Maharaj Temple Trust completed the construction of the guesthouse in Pandharpur. This guesthouse accommodates 5,000 pilgrims during the Pandharpur pilgrimage, and also provides them with meals.

From the abode of salvation To the abode of heaven

• Paving blocks were laid in the crematorium, making the area free of mud and slush.
• To protect the people who had come for the funeral from the sun, wind, and rain, a shelter tent was erected, and seating arrangements were made inside it.
• The interior of the crematorium was painted and a 24-hour water supply was also provided.
• While serving as the Deputy Sarpanch of Lohgaon, Pritamdada Khandve undertook the work of developing the infrastructure and beautifying the village crematorium, thereby attempting to transform the place of final rest into a heavenly abode.
• During the time of Prataprao Khandve, the crematoriums on the Lohgaon-Wagholi road, the Vadgaon Shinde road, and the crematoriums at Pawar Vasti and Harantale were constructed. Later, when Pritam Khandve was the deputy sarpanch, he renovated these crematoriums.

Bullock Cart - बैलगाडा

On December 16, 2021, the Supreme Court granted permission for bullock cart races. There was immense joy among bullock cart owners and enthusiasts as the races, which had been banned for seven years, resumed. To celebrate this verdict, Pritam Dada Khandve organized a musical procession of the bulls used in the bullock cart races. Pritam Dada himself applied vermilion, a symbol of victory, to the bulls' foreheads and freely showered them with turmeric powder. Pritam Dada himself participated in this procession, riding on horseback.

Journalist's Day Celebration, Civil Services, Job Creation

Every year, on the occasion of Journalists' Day, celebrated on January 6th, Pritamdada Khandve organizes a program for journalists. This year, the program organized on Journalists' Day received an enthusiastic response from the journalists. On Journalists' Day, Pritamdada Khandve organizes a program for journalists and interacts with them. Through this interaction, Pritamdada attempts to understand their problems and the challenges facing journalism.

Ordinary citizens have to make repeated visits to government offices to obtain government documents. Sometimes, it is observed that this process is significantly delayed. Keeping this problem faced by citizens in mind, a civic services center has been started by Pritamdada Khandve. This service center provides services such as obtaining PAN cards, updating Aadhaar cards, shop act licenses, Udyam Aadhaar, health cards, Aadhaar and PAN card linking, e-Shram cards, Jeevan Pramaan cards, PVC Aadhaar cards, Ayushman cards, universal passes, digital 7/12 extracts, etc. So far, 4,000 citizens have benefited from this service center.

Civic Services While distributing government documents to citizens

With the aim of providing employment to young people, Pritam Dada Khandve organizes a job fair every year. Through this job fair, many young people have found employment. When Pritam Dada Khandve was the Deputy Sarpanch of Lohgaon, he provided free laptops to many needy students through the Gram Panchayat to help them with their higher education.

While inaugurating the grand job fair, Pritamdada Khandve was seen discussing job opportunities with the young men and women who had come to the job fair. To provide employment to the youth, more than 30 renowned companies like Reliance Group, Amazon, Flipkart, TVS, and LG participated in the job fair. Similarly, banks like HDFC Bank and SBI Bank also participated in this fair. A job fair is organized every year by Pritamdada Khandve. On average, one thousand young people are given jobs through this fair every year. This year, 1,200 young people were provided with jobs. The appointment letters for these jobs were handed over by Pritamdada Khandve.
