The drinking water problem in Lohegaon was becoming serious. People were facing major problems with water for daily use. To solve these problems, Pritam Dada Khandve organized the villagers and organized a Handa Morcha. This morcha permanently solved the water problem of the villagers.

Pritamdada Khandve took the lead in setting up a pumping station to ensure proper water supply to the citizens of Lohgaon. On the occasion, Pritamdada Khandve donated machinery, iron pipes, water mortar, etc. from the pumping station at his own expense and solved the water problem of the citizens of Lohgaon. When Pritamdada Khandve was the sub-sarpanch of Lohgaon, he solved the drinking water problem by digging borewells in seven places.

Maintaining a clean environment is extremely important for good human health. Pritamdada carried out his work with the motto that cleanliness is also a form of social service. While serving as the deputy sarpanch of Lohgaon, he focused on waste management. Garbage collection vehicles started visiting every doorstep, and as a result, the uncleanliness in the village was eliminated. Similarly, through the Gram Panchayat, Pritamdada also organized a village sanitation awareness rally for waste management. He also personally participated in public sanitation efforts, cleaning the streets himself.

The villagers of Lohgaon, a land sanctified by the footsteps of Sant Tukaram Maharaj and Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, wished to have a monument dedicated to devotion and strength erected there. It was decided to raise funds for the construction of this monument through public contributions from the village. Pritam Dada Khandve initiated this fundraising effort by donating ₹5,55,555.

Lohagaon is the maternal ancestral village of Jagadguru Sant Tukaram Maharaj. Furthermore, Sant Tukaram Maharaj performed the majority of his kirtans (devotional singing) in Lohagaon. As a tribute to this history, when the villagers decided to build a befitting temple for Sant Tukaram Maharaj, Prataprao Khandve and Pritamdada Khandve provided substantial funds. The temple trust, under the chairmanship of Prataprao Khandve, then completed the renovation work.

Through the initiative of Prataprao Khandve, a guesthouse owned by the villagers of Lohgaon was constructed in Pandharpur. Pritam Khandve personally contributed 1 crore rupees towards this project. Furthermore, the Tukaram Maharaj Temple Trust, under the chairmanship of Prataprao Khandve, completed the construction of the guesthouse in Pandharpur. During the Pandharpur pilgrimage, 5,000 pilgrims stay at this guesthouse, and their meals are also provided by Pritam Khandve.

The Uttareswar Mahadev temple in the village, which had stood for hundreds of years, had become dilapidated. The villagers resolved to renovate the temple. For this purpose, Pritamdada Khandve donated 2 lakh 55 thousand rupees.

When Pritam Dada Khandve was the Deputy Sarpanch of Lohgaon, he recognized the lack of basic infrastructure and decided to undertake development projects accordingly. Pritam Dada established a new record in Lohgaon by taking up road construction projects and bringing them to completion.

When Pritamdada Khandve was the Deputy Sarpanch, roads worth 30 lakh rupees were constructed in Sant Nagar, Lohagaon, using his own funds. These roads still stand today as a testament to the excellent quality of work.

During Pritamdada Khandve's tenure as Deputy Sarpanch, extensive work was carried out on the development of Lohgaon road, including the construction of a large number of covered drains. This resulted in proper management of wastewater.

Due to the increasing rate of urbanization in Uttareswar Nagar, it was necessary to develop infrastructure there. Keeping this in mind, Pritamdada Khandve completed the road construction work in Uttareswar Nagar during his tenure as Deputy Sarpanch. Similarly, the installation of streetlights was also carried out.

During Pritamdada Khandve's tenure as Deputy Sarpanch, a road development project was implemented in Lohgaon, which included the construction of 3,000 streetlights.

During Pritamdada Khandve's tenure as Deputy Sarpanch, a closed drainage system was constructed on the Lohgaon road. Similarly, pedestrian pathways were built in areas with heavy traffic.

During Pritam Dada Khandve's tenure as Deputy Sarpanch, the road development work on the Lohgaon to Dhanori road was completed. During Pritam Dada Khandve's term as Deputy Sarpanch, concrete road construction work was also carried out in the Sathe Vasti area of ​​Lohgaon.

Khandve Nagar was newly emerging as a suburb of Lohagaon. During that time, it was essential to provide basic infrastructure there. When Pritam Dada Khandve was the deputy sarpanch, he carried out works such as concrete roads, streetlights, covered drainage systems, and provision of drinking water in this area.

During his tenure as a member of the Zilla Parishad, Prataprao Khandve undertook development work in Dehu village on a large scale. Sant Tukaram Maharaj's maternal home was in Lohgaon, while Dehu was his place of work; therefore, Dehu is dear to every person from Lohgaon. Driven by this sentiment, Prataprao Khandve tried to do everything possible for the development of Dehu village.

The women selling vegetables in the vegetable market were facing great difficulties due to insufficient space. To free them from this trouble, Pritamdada Khandve allowed the women selling vegetables to set up their stalls on his own property. Because of this generosity shown by Pritamdada Khandve, not only was the problem of the women vegetable vendors solved, but citizens buying vegetables also found it easier to purchase them due to the spacious area.

The Buddhist monastery, which serves as a place of worship for the Buddhist community, had fallen into a dilapidated state. Upon noticing this, Pritamdada Khandve undertook the renovation of the Buddhist monastery at his own expense. He carried out internal cleaning, painting, and also installed light fittings and new fans in the interior of the monastery.

The Lohgaon airport and Pritamdada Khandve's family have a close connection. Pritamdada Khandve's grandfather, Dattatraybhau Khandve, made great efforts to establish the airport. When the people of Lohgaon were unwilling to give up their land for the airport, Dattatraybhau took the initiative and persuaded the villagers. The people of Lohgaon, out of respect for Dattatraybhau, gave up four thousand acres of their land for the construction of the airport. This four thousand acres of land also included Dattatraybhau Khandve's own land.
